The Property Engineered Risk team's mission is to serve our clients' property insurance and risk management needs with world-class resources and dedicated capacity as an integral part of the vast global resources of Munich Reinsurance America, Inc.

Our Focus

•  Builder’s Risk

 CAR (Construction All Risk) including delay in start-up coverage for building works such as offices, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, airports, casinos, and stadiums. Additionally, we underwrite civil works projects including dams, bridges, roads, airport runways, pipelines, tunnels, water treatment plants, and more.
 
 EAR (Erection All Risk) including delay in start-up for all types of power plants, manufacturing plants, cement plants, chemical plants, pipelines, wind farms, transmission towers, and more.
 
 If it can be built, we can insure it.

•  Operational

 All Risk including business interruption coverage for power generation plants, co-generation facilities, hydroelectric facilities, wind farms, mining facilities (above and below ground) water and waste water treatment plants, and more.
 
  CECR (Civil Engineering Completed Risks) All risk coverage including loss of use for bridges, roadways, tunnels, and dams, and more.
